A bill will be sent to you through paypal. For amounts less than $25 there is no paypal surcharge. $25-$49 will incur a $1 surcharge and amounts $50 and over will incur a $2 surcharge.

If you don't have a paypal account, it's easy to set one up! You can wait until your bill arrives or you can go now to http://www.paypal.com/

I can ship anywhere in the U.S. and I usually use USPS Priority Mail.
